• Return,Exchange, and Refund policy

    All the purchased product are visually inspected before they are packaged and shipped out. However, in the off chance that a product is defective during the shipping process, you may contact us regarding the issue.

     

    Return requests for non-defective product only be accepted for unopened prooducts within a week of receiving the products, but you may contact us with your specific situation first. The buyer is responsible for returning the items to us in the original condition.

     

    Exchange requests will only be accepted if the product you received are defective. If you need to exchange something for the same item, please contact us to begin an exchange process.

     

    All goods are not refundable.

  • Shipping policy

     

    All product will be shipped in 1~2 working days after the order was placed. In order for you to receive your order as soon as possible, we do use J&T, FeDex and DHL as our shipping carrier.
